In rare situations such as vehicle breakdown or driver unavailability:

• Full refund will be provided
• Alternative booking option may be offered

No-Show Policy

If the customer does not appear at the pickup location without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

Booking Modifications

• More than 72 hours before: Free modifications allowed
• Less than 72 hours: Changes may incur 10% charges

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our support team with booking details. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain promotional offers or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. This will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
